1：Go to our clinic

It is located on the 6th floor of HEP NAVIO, just a short walk from JR Osaka Station and Osaka Metro Umeda Station.

2：Reception / See the doctor

Please come to the reception desk,and tell us about your symptoms.Our staff will show you to the examination room. Please let the receptionist know if you have travel insurance.

3：Pay / Get a prescription

After the consultation, you will be asked to pay the consultation fee and receive a receipt and prescription from us.

4：Receive medications

Please pick up your medication at the pharmacy.The pharmacy is located on the same floor, so you can pick up your medications smoothly.

Please take the direct elevator from the 1st floor or B1 floor on the south side of the building to the 6th floor.

Can I see a doctor without an appointment?

Please note that you may have to wait for an appointment,
but you can be seen without an appointment.

I don’t have insurance. Can I see a doctor?

You may receive the treatment at your own expense. We can issue receipts in English,
so please ask us if you need one.

How much does it cost to see a doctor? 

The price of medical treatment is $200 or more for out-of-pocket expenses. (The price varies depending on the type of examination and treatment.)
We accept various types of travel insurance. We can also issue necessary documents such as medical certificates.
